"THE ECHO OF A SONG"

Just opened the new Museum of Ethnography and he QUIRÓS exhibition dedicated to the music and music in Quirós, one more contribution to recover the history of our music and our musicians of the council.

Since the new museum began to take shape, we did the concern to pay tribute to all those musicians who came before council and what better way than by looking for a place where I could turn back time to remember their names, their songs, their tunes, their instruments, so to reconnect with this most popular of which is music history.

First of all, we want to publicly thank the full acceptance of the idea by the City quirosano, the Department of Culture and the Director of the Museum, support, work and readiness for this project become a reality, assessing in a special way the important material collection effort carried out especially in the run up to the opening of the museum.

reflect As the first panels of the exhibition is intended not only to remember all those musicians with their own name, but also those that their daily work using music as a form of escape and expression.

advance what you do not want to be found in the visit to this exhibition, rather than discover it there. For young people will be a place to discover their past, to the veterans, will be a rendezvous with the sound and the experiences of other times. Instruments, our pipers regional costumes, photographs, sheet music, history and stories, all about our musical tradition.

We the opening day with a guest exception Rodri guez Diamantina, singer quirosana than their just turned ninety years were reunited in the museum with his years of success and triumph on the stages of Spain, on radio, television and theater. And farewell, as the echo of a song repeated by the time alive and active as part of what this museum is to represent, be living legacy of memory, two components of our group gave her one of bagpipes the songs she was popular for more than half a century, "The panderetera."

Kemmerer Mission

took office in 1926 as president of the Republic of Ecuador Dr. Isidro Ayora (1879-1978). Were available then, after the repeated crises in the region and the country-an economic restructuring, for which the Government decides to hire an expert mission, led by American Walter Edwin Kemmerer (1875-1945), professor of economics at Princeton University and a financial consultant in several countries (Guatemala, Colombia, Chile, etc.) And author of several works written in their specialty.

The actions of the Kemmerer mission was to study the national economy and develop projects that contribute to its reorganization. Delivered and reviewed the reports and draft economic advisers, Dr. Isidro Ayora issued March 4, 1927, both the Organic Law of Central Bank of Ecuador as a new Coin Act (Carlos Ortuño, Numismatic History of Ecuador , ECB, [1977]). Thus was formed the bank.

Taking advantage of the musical bond that we have presented and the Central Bank of Ecuador then we want to include an overview of the musical archive of the institution:

The Central Bank of Ecuador and Ecuadorian music
Brief overview of the musical documents in the bank in Quito

old facade of the Central Bank of Ecuador, Quito, Calle Garcia Moreno. http://www.kalipedia.com

The Central Bank of Ecuador is in charge of an important historical documentary file, within which there is a section of music that was from the formation of the Center for Research and Culture. The "Musical Fund Historical Archive" of Quito (FMAH-BCE), was created in 1985, and has several collections of great value:

Mary Sixto Durán Collection donated in 1984 by Müller Nicanor Miranda, a relative of Durán, A total of 532 documents, including handwritten scores for orchestra, choir, piano, violin and piano and so on., photographs and personal papers of the composer from Quito.

composer Mary Sixto Durán. Quito, 1918. AS.

The second collection purchased in 1985 to the family of composer Lojano Segundo Cueva Celi (1901-1965), of which 3390 have a total of 3192 documents which are handwritten Cueva Celi scores and transcripts of several authors. The third collection is the author of several Ecuadorian Fund, approximately 400 documents and materials with original music played. In addition the Historical Archives acquired a substantial amount of slate records and piano rolls. The Audiovisual Fund remains good number of photographs of musicians and musical groups.

Segundo Cueva Celi , composer Loja. AH-CEB / AS.

should be noted that early of the 90's the Central Bank of Ecuador Loja made in the acquisition of some 50,000 pages of manuscript and printed music, a fund that belonged to musician Jose Miguel Vaca Flores (1891-1964). This great musical tradition includes many works of ancient Ecuadorian composers written for band, solo instruments, voice and piano, choir, etc. Among the composers we can highlight the works of Nicolás Vásquez (XIX-s. XX), Aparicio Córdoba (XIX-1934), Manuel Jurado (XIX), Ascencio Guideline (XIX-s. XX) Carlos Amable Ortiz (1858-1937), Antonio Nieto (XIX-1920), Virgilio Francisco Chaves (1856-1914), José Ignacio de Veintimilla (s.XIX-XX) M. Federico Borja (s.XIX-s. XX), Segundo Luis Moreno (1882-1972), etc.

In the same decade was purchased from the heirs, the work of composer Luis Humberto Salgado (1903-1977). Many of the creations of this significant academic musician are now part of the background music of the Central Bank of Ecuador. Also in this file is a collection of religious texts of carols , salves , litanies in a book manuscript that dates from the s. XVIII.

cayambeño composer Luis Humberto Salgado, ca. 1934. AH-BCE.

addition, the Central Bank of Ecuador has the archaeological museums in Quito and Guayaquil, the most important, which is plenty of musical instruments of different cultures that inhabited the prehispanic Ecuador. Also, both the Music Fund of the Historical Archives in the music library of Quito and Guayaquil (MBCE-Q, G) and the Library of Archaeology of the Central Bank in Quito (BABC-Q), there is a large collection of documentary footage of Ecuadorian music concerts, music composers, scholars, conferences, research recorded in situ on indigenous music and instruments, etc.

Fund and Jijón Jacinto Caamaño (FJJC-BCE) the same institution has a large print, difficult to locate in other documentation centers and libraries, for example: Vademecum for pastors Quichua Indians published by John M. Grimm in 1903, which contains sheet music Quichua religious texts; yaravíes Quito, compiled by Juan Agustín Guerrero in 1856; Ecuadorian music from its origin until 1875 , also in Guerrero, the Treaty full theory and practice of harmony (1879) translation of Fetis composer Mario de la Torre (s. XIX-1929), a collection of magazine Cartoon appeared since 1919 and whose numbers were inserted musical compositions of Sixto M. Duran, Aurelio Victor Paredes Galarraga, etc. And to close this brief overview document, we noted that the Fund Carlos Manuel Larrea is a manuscript of the Ninth for the bonus Fernando Larrea, OFM, written in the eighteenth century.

should be noted that all cultural areas of the bank have come to the regency of the Ministry of Culture of Ecuador. At the present moment is Quito Regional Cultural Director of the Bank, Dr. Andrés Abad Merchán, and Mr. Honorio Farm Azanza, is the custodian of the historical record.

Floril Musicians in Scaffolding: A guitarist in the Chimborazo: The "Cieguito" Pastor

A guitarist in the Chimborazo: "The Cieguito Shepherd

Fidel Pablo Guerrero Gutiérrez
soymusicaecuador.blogspot.com

The guaneño Francisco Pastor, a great guitarist of the past.
(Shepherd Family Photo particular file)

A visual record, which probably dates from the late 30's or early chimboracense musician 40'S-Francisco "El Ciego" Pastor (Guano, ca. 1871-1947 ) has been provided by his grandson Antonio Pastor (1 ) , who in turn turned to the family albums to find this photograph shows the face of this old guitar prodigy.

Among the guitarists who already have their old used to say of "Blind" Pastor as a performer of great qualities, but none had really heard any of his performances and even fewer knew that he had recorded his works. Were comments from the oral tradition.

Now not only have his picture on our part but we contribute to the location of one of their records recorded a yaraví with end Albaz , which has the suggestive title Seven daggers, apparently instrumental piece, played on bass guitar en Radio El Prado de Riobamba, and then pressed hard by Victor Slate Talking Machine in the 30's. AUDIO

set, click play: Seven daggers (yaraví) / Francis Shepherd. Compilation: FPGG

While we plan to republish our work First Fruits of Ecuador guitar within which this would be attached sound recording, given that we could not get the resources for publication and to avoid the long wait, so we now consider the followers of our blog. Include the information about the disk board:
  • Seven daggers (yaraví) [78 rpm record recording] / Pancho Pastor: solo instrumental. Victor: 82193B USA. NJ

We have also documented other sound recordings of Pastor, but we have not been recorded: ICD-gui-to pastor (zam-ba) / Fran-cis-co pastor. So-what gui-ta-war by the au-tor. 82192 Vic-tor - [la-do 2], the ring is on the other side of the interpretation of Carlota Jaramillo: Ay, ay, ay, my pa-lo-mi-ta (typical re-ai-co) Ra-Fael Car-ba-jal.

Fragment of a list of disks Victor. 30's.

additional information about this musician give us the musicologist imbabureño Segundo Luis Moreno (1882-1972) who wrote in 1930 that Francis Shepherd:

"... is a native of the neighboring canton cieguito Guano, currently residing in Riobamba, who plays guitar with neatness.
" In press, cleaning and elegance falls short of any English concert. The easiest piece executed by Pastor receives a stream of life and is all emotion and feeling. Francisco Pastor - undoubtedly - is the best that, in music, has been the province of Chimborazo from time immemorial. " (Moreno, Segundo Luis. "Music in Ecuador". In: Ecuador in one hundred years of independence. 1830-1930 / Gonzalo Orellana J., editor, t. II, p. 187-276. Quito, 1930. p. 259-260).

For his part, Dr. Carlos Ortiz Arellano Article The beginnings of broadcasting in Ecuador / Radio El Prado mentions that Shepherd was born in 1871 and died in 1947. It also aims to playing a different tune ( scordatura ) and was one of the major axes of the hearings on Radio El Prado, and it includes a comment from Ms. Maruja Navarrete, who notes that "drew attention to the blind Shepherd who played the melody and accompanying time, which was unusual at that time. "

Shepherd is certainly part of the history of the guitar in Andean Ecuador. This instrument and its practitioners throughout the continent contributed greatly to convey a rich repertoire of creative, now is the legacy of our people. ***

Xeon Vs I7 For Rendering

Meeting - Evo: Obviously a detail

Beyond the good relations it has generated between Peru and Bolivia, the visit of President Evo Morales Ilo , we note that, as the sector industrial concerns, there is a point ignored in the negotiations and concessions of a part of our coast to the high plateau country.

The expansion of the industrial zone to a special economic zone in the area of \u200b\u200bland ceded called Zofia, has done so without note that right next to have a primary customs area, the Center for Transformation, Industry, Marketing and Services Ilo (Ilo CETICOS). What would it mean this?

A I think former President Fujimori and President Garcia, in an effort to look good and improve bilateral relations, ignored the role that has or rather, should have, CETICOS Ilo for the growth of the Southern Macro-region, taking note that firms in their areas would be exemptions from VAT, ISC, income tax, municipal promotion tax and property tax. Where was this area that was never promoted?, Some might say.

Since its inception in 1996, these state agencies have been misused, as only limited to be within their facilities for processing of imported vehicles. This is the responsibility primarily of its authorities, who did not have the vision to expand its scope and be a promoter arm productive activities.

Now, in 2010, the picture is different. With two top TLC (USA and China) and the activity of conversion and reconditioning of vehicles close to winning in 2012, CETICOS (Paita, Ilo and Matarani), represent a tremendous opportunity for enhance the activities of producers in their areas. Now depends on the state to give them a starring role that could be really.

This year, CETICOS Ilo, submitted to the Ministry of Economy and Finance a project to install a plant to manufacture wood flooring to leverage resources Mother of God and value-added export products. The study was rejected, not allowing you to use their own resources to put improvements in their facilities.

In the specific case of Ilo, we face a serious problem, since the Bolivian zone would be the only sea outlet would have this country. It would therefore be more empowered and have more investment and resources the Peruvian. This would make exporters decide to settle in "Bolivia" and not in Peru. We are creating direct competition unduly.

smartest thing would have been to propose that the Zofia be installed in areas of CETICOS Ilo, there are more opportunities for overall growth, more competition between Peruvian and Bolivian producers and housed within the same market. We are condemning a platform that could serve as much to Peru to face foreign trade.

Not bad that, at best gestures, to give Peru Bolivia landlocked. No doubt it will be a space advantage and that is not bad. What is regrettable is that the authorities of our country, donate territories, the grant for activities in other are benefited and not turn around to look at your country or we would probably look askance and are blind eye. Is not he at?

Does Chlamydia In The Mouth Look Like Thrush

QUIRÓS Ethnographic Museum "TEARS OF A TAMBORITEIRO"

few weeks ago, we went to play at the festival Bermiego people, when passing through Carrexa saw the home side a constant, the tamboriteru of Carrexa. We stopped the car and we reversed to greet him. In addition to Honorary Membership of our group, is constant to a large peasant who can not pass without paying the affection and blessings.

he approached him two young members of the group dressed in their costumes, torn from nonagenarians Constant eyes two tears with a message that quickly express:

- which went willingly with you to touch Bermiego. I went many times!

- Come and join us constant, has not missed a drum re-lu pa that step.

- I'm pa nun
it ...
After re-emphasize our willingness to accompany us, there remained in his Carrexa, tears kept two years bagpipe and drum their Bermiego, by Quirós and throughout Asturias. Tears of a crying tamboriteru by not being able to play.

We went, losing in the mirror image of that master tamboriteru left us a lesson: there are plenty of times when fatigue, laziness or a hangover not encourage us to continue playing, while tamboriteru that with 90 years of age and Calella fartucu the drum to the belt, was not crying for it was he who put the beat to the party.

few days ago that the singer quirosana, Diamantina Rodríguez, reminded us the vicissitudes of the recording one of their albums, which had been recorded in the "Palladium" art-room and disappeared in Oviedo. And remember how the recording had been elongated and about two or three in the morning, were without tamboriteru. Someone commented that he knew a tamboriteru who lived nearby, so these ungodly hours we were to get out of bed. When it appeared the tamboriteru by improvised recording studio, Diamond said, Carrexa, nun you tell me yes! The tamboriteru was neither more nor less than that of his countryman Carrexa constant. Accompanied the drum through the night and morning, like any other day more, to work to work. Diamantina reminded that nothing wanted to charge an improvised but expert assistance, the only currency appreciation and recognition they both professed.

From the day of the party and emotional Bermiego of those tears were in debt these lines now devoted to this quirosanu, tamboriteru, teacher and great countryman tamboriteros: Constant that of Carrexa.

The biggest challenge for Susan

The virtual victory in Lima Susana Villaran did not match any district of the capital. This leads me to think what lies behind Susana Villa? A strong match up? or simply the response of many voters who are looking for different things and took a chance change that, frankly say, the vast majority not well understood.

We can say that Social Force is synonymous with Susana Villaran. The partial results show that it has delivered the ONPE. So I say enough reasons to vote for the candidate was backed by sympathy (hope) that much of the electorate has in it. We started off badly. His lone victory, success could lead to failure.

Social Force only put the eye to the mayor of Lima. Let's see what it would be helpful to have only made efforts to do so, considering that the PPC - UN, his main party, would have gained nearly 20 districts. This Lima is important because you need a structured project to grow as a province.

If the PPC - A has almost half of Lima at his command, would it be easy for Villa to articulate a project around the capital? I think the leader of Social Forces, will take hard work to assemble a plan with district rival . Also I find it very complicated to make a political alliance with Radical Change, the second largest party mayors.

Susan
The Government would find a greater challenge to tame a monster of 8 million people with huge problems of insecurity, with a transport to collapse, with cones that are in extreme poverty and who have no basic services like electricity, water and drainage. That challenge is to overcome the hurdle of opposition to be by many municipalities of Lima.

Changing a little logic and saying openly that they did not vote for Lulu or by Susy, I put in the situation where the virtual mayor is Lourdes. With half of Lima under the leadership of his party, I would have liked to see an Obama administration far more support than would Villarán and tell the truth because, it gives me more confidence. Beyond the interests behind it (and the vast majority party), I get the impression that as Garcia tried to do at the time, she wants to prove he can do something right from a position of importance.

With the luck in the elections almost pitch, hopefully for the good of Lima, Villa can complete a successful government. Although many voters do not have a warrant for reckless vote while deserving to trust an option that fills them with hope.

Neural Foraminal Disc Herniation

The Theoretical Framework Research Background

The Theoretical Framework has two (2) components:

1. THE FRAMEWORK: is the description that has to do with the context (what you have described in your problem situation, sectoral, geographic, institutional, reasons)

2. Theoretical Framework or Theme: background work is the development of research subjects (the outline or index) binding to the frame of reference (general and specific problems of research). In this part you
have to make an intellectual effort to analyze the research themes (chapters).

The process answers the questions what is being investigated? And what is the importance of the issue? This intellectual effort shall be opened with:
  • The research , investigate to find out, investigate, read
  • The analysis invetigación the subject (chapter)
  • The synthesis of the topics (chapters) that mean "discuss" with the theme
  • The documentation all stockpiled to date on the subject. The reader work must understand the context of the subject upon which rests the problem (general problem and specific problem).
Process: RESEARCH ANALYSIS --- ---- ----- SUMMARY

DOCUMENTATION The following video, graphics presented will help them better understand their task.
